Interdisciplinary Medical Team – A staff ratio of 1:3 is maintained at all times. The center is staffed with a team of healthcare professionals, which includes a nurse manager, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and nurse aids. Physician, therapist, pharmacist and dietician consultants assist the staff with the administration of each child’s Individual Care Plan. The medical team works together to act as a liaison between the primary caretaker, the physician and the pharmacy to ensure that each child receives a seamless set of healthcare services.
